I want to thank Victor, Isabella and Eleni for their outstanding service with our very complex move. We had local, interstate and storage components to our move. Isabella and Eleni did an amazing job of packing all of our belongings over two full days. Victor managed the whole process whilst assisting packing. Nothing was too hard or too stressful for Victor he was brilliant. He also stepped in with his team and assembled a bed at our local destination (that snooze was supposed to do but didn’t) All the team went above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful.

Brilliance removals were fantastic right from the pickup and careful packing of my furniture and household things to the delivery at my new home by Renan & Eduardo (who had to come up 3 flights of stairs)! Everything arrived in the same condition as it left. It was a big move from the East coast of Australia to the West, and Brilliance even kept my things in storage till I found a place. Everyone I dealt with in the company was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using Brilliance removals.

Brilliant service all round from Brilliance Removals. From initial contact in NSW to Perth storage, email & phone communications anf final delivery of goods into home. They are so easy & friendly to deal with and accommodating in every respect. Great storage rates and big thanks to the friendly delivery guys who even set up my new lounge. I can say from experience removalists generally can be quite difficult to deal with but Brilliance were a breath of fresh air in all aspects of the moving, storing, communication & delivery, highly recommended.

John, Eddie and Anderson did a brilliant job at my removal. They made an inventory of everything I had, carried the load carefully to not do any damage to the building, wrapped up all fragile items, and fitted my furniture and all belongs safely inside the container. Their professionalism put me easy to trust the company. Highly recommended. And the fact they can store the items in a container and deliver when I’m ready will end up most value of money than in a traditional garage storage, as I don’t pay loading and unloading twice. Amazing.

Sam and Sebastian were incredible professionals, not only moving an entire houseload of furniture and boxes in eight hours flat, but managing to compactly and efficiently stack it into a storage volume no-one thought it would all fit into - with even some room left over. Copious use of protective blankets and other materials, careful moving of items to avoid any damage to them or to walls/doors, and a friendly and helpful approach to everything. A++ would definitely recommend.

A friend of ours had used Brilliance Removalists twice before and he told us we wouldn’t find a better company to help us. He was right! We were downsizing from a very large home to an apartment with one month in between. The team who moved us out were fantastic! They were punctual, fast, good-natured … everything you could wish for. We have been storing two shipping containers at their Beckenham premises and last week we were finally able to move much of our furniture into our new place at last! Luiz Godoi, Junior, Iago, Cesar and Omar were punctual, kind, understanding and went above and beyond our expectations … Junior even helped to set up our grandfather clock which was no easy feat!! At the end when they must’ve been exhausted, they pulled apart our heavy sectional couch (again!) and repositioned the carpet etc. setting it all up once more to EXACTLY where I wanted it! They did all this with the intention of not leaving until I was 100% satisfied with everything. My husband and I have moved many times over the years and Brilliance Removalists are the best company we have EVER dealt with. We could not recommend them highly enough! We were very happy with the service from Brilliance Removalists. We used them twice during our renovation project - moving our boxes into storage and then moving back to our house. On both occasions, the removalists were very professional and hard working. We forgot the names of the team that helped us move our stuff into storage - but they did a great job packing all our stuff into the unit. Rene and Santos helped us move our stuff out of storage and into our house. They were friendly, professional and hardworking. Would definitely use Brilliance again.

Excellent service! We had furniture in storage with Brilliance for 2 years that needed loaded into the van before the team came to the house to do the main removal. They called early and kept us updated with their progress and arrival times. They were really approachable, friendly, professional and really quick! Leo, Thiago and Leonardo were our removalists for our move. They were organised, hard working, respectful and very nice people. Our household items and furniture were moved into storage. Leo, Thiago and Leonardo did a really great job, taking care and neatly stacking everything so it was accessible. We would strongly recommend the crew and hope to have them again in the future.

Sandro and Marcelo removed our entire office furniture, stored it for a week and returned it - reassembling where required. They were incredibly efficient, extremely friendly and they went above and beyond to help us rearrange large pieces of furniture. They were respectful to all of us while still making the experience fun - and they were so careful with our newly painted walls! Furniture items were even well wrapped to protect them in transit which the guys removed and disposed of as they unpacked. I would definitely book Sandro and Marcelo again! Thanks guys!
