We can’t carry hazardous materials, illegal items, or live animals. If you’re not sure if an item can be moved, just ask and we’ll advise.
Yes. Most potted plants and outdoor furniture are fine. Water plants a day or two before moving (not on the day), and let us know about oversized or sensitive items.
Absolutely. Our Townsville team has specialist equipment and expertise to safely move heavy, valuable, or awkward items.
We use strong blankets, shrink wrap, custom furniture guards, and reinforced boxes for fragile items. All appliances and large items are safely secured.
Yes. We recommend our sturdy moving boxes, tape, wrap, and packing advice for safe self-packing. Please label all boxes and avoid overfilling.
Yes. We can pack your entire house or office, just your fragile items, or provide boxes/materials for self-packing. Unpacking services are available at your new address.
We do our best! If you want your last removal crew, mention it when booking, and we’ll try to assign them, based on availability.
Our standard removalist service in Townsville includes transit and public liability insurance, protecting your belongings and property during the move. Extra cover for high-value items is available on request.

The guys, John and Omar were great! Arrived on time, helped me through lock drama at the storage unit, loaded and unloaded all my furniture to perfection, and were so lovely to talk to. Can't recommend them enough.
I had an excellent experience with this removal company. Elito and Rapha did an amazing job from start to finish. They wrapped my fridge, dishwasher, and other items with great care before placing everything safely in storage in the garage. They even took my entire king bed apart and put it back together perfectly to ensure it fit into one of the rooms. Super quick, professional, and incredibly efficient. Highly recommend their service!

From the initial contact with Eddy at Brilliance Removalists, everything was extremely easy & professional. Eddy was very informative about the whole process and was happy to answer any questions & concerns we had . On the day our house was being packed into the container, Junior and Diego arrived punctually and proceeded to get on with job at hand, which involved A LOT of furniture into the container which they did methodically, using their experience to know what went where and when to utilise every single inch of space. They were incredible and went above and beyond our expectations. This included an extraordinary difficult task of moving a huge double door fridge from an upstairs kitchen, manoeuvring it expertly through a very small gap and down a flight of stairs!! Junior and Diego managed to fit furniture into one container, when other companies had said we’d need 2! There rates are also very reasonable . Would highly recommend Brilliance if you’re planning on moving!! Thank guys!!!
Absolutely fantastic job. I had my belongings storage in a Brilliance container for 14 days and it his morning I had it delivered to my new address.

I used Brilliance to load and stack my house contents today. The job, by John and Henzo was completed to perfection. The boys took the upmost care packing delicate and antique items and intelligently organised, stacked and unloaded fitting load into a tight space. I recommend Brillance, John and Henzo without hesitation. I will be using again next year.
Absolutely amazing job by the team. They saved us at the last moment when another company (CBD Movers) cancelled on us on the day of our move. They arrived on time, with all the right gear to protect our belongings (including mattresses, tvs and tables). They also disassembled and reassembled furniture as required.

The packets/movers were absolutely fantastic. I have moved many times. This time I had the best experience. Everyone was fast, super careful and very friendly. I will ask them again, 🙂
I can't recommend Brilliance Removals highly enough. We have already told so many people how great our experience was, from the time I first contacted Paul in the office, to when the boys (Anderson and Lucas) arrived right on time - as they said they would. Nothing was a problem for them, even though we lived in an apartment with a lift and a carpark to contend with. The boys were gentle and calm which made this move completely stress free for us.
This is a classic case of "you get what you pay for". All our furniture was wrapped in blankets, taped and carefully loaded into the truck like a jigsaw. We were so impressed at their skill. We feel lucky that the boys will be unpacking everything for us in a few weeks.

Our daughter was lucky enough to have Sergio Neto and Tiago as her removalists. They were extremely efficient in handling, packing and then unpacking her furniture. Nothing was too much trouble when relocating items into the new house. A great job, thanks guys!

John and Flavio were professional, delivered heavy furniture to my house with ease and efficiency. The communication was clear and succinct, delivery was on time and assembly was quick. Most importantly they left no mess. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommended John, Anderson & Flavio from Brilliance removals. They arrived on time. They were polite and respectful with my belongings. They were absolutely fantastic. I strongly recommend Brilliance Removals. John and Sebastian arrived at 8am sharp, assessed the whole house, and started wrapping the furniture before moving them out. The technics used to lift some heavy furniture were really incredible. The guys are friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.
